Fran Olinger will teach Yoga on Tuesdays 9-10:15 am and Fridays 9-10:15 am plus 10:30-11:45 am. 75 minutes classes $20, Fran is also available for Thai Massage and personal yoga instruction.
Rachel Valentine offers a yoga class on Wednesdays at 9:00 AM, and will host a promotional yoga class on the first Saturdays of September, October, and November. This class is FREE, though we request a donation to MMIW.
The bi-weekly Women's Circle on December 6th will meet at the Pita House restaurant at 6 PM. Attendees please notify Diana, as we need a headcount to reserve tables. When women gather, the world will heal. In order to shift global perceptions and interactions, we need divine energy to raise the vibration.

Yin Yoga | 6pm-7pm on Thursdays
Yin Yoga is the practice of slowing down and turning inward. Postures are typically grounded, and poses are held for 3-5minutes each. The real challenge of yin is sitting with discomfort in these long holds as we work on our soft tissue mobility. Please bring your own props (e.g., 2 blocks, bolsters) as they are essential to your comfort in this practice and not provided.

Experience a variety of healing vibrations to relax and unwind. Instruments may include: steel tongue drum, ocean drum & crystal singing bowls. Please bring your own props for comfort (e.g., blankets, pillows, eye masks) as supplies may be limited or not provided.
